Beth has worked within the fitness industry for over 10 years. Her interest in Health and Fitness goes back to her childhood where she grew up playing Football locally and then in her late teens, Internationally. Football was paired with studying Sport and Exercises Sciences at Brunel University, an education that Beth still uses today when thinking outside of the box for clients. Unfortunately due to an injury whilst training in the Army both Beth's Military and Football career's came to an end.

Having bounced back from her own injury Beth now puts all her energy into supporting others with their Health and Fitness journeys, something she is hugely passionate about. Thus the birth of Willis Fitness and the drive behind Infinite Potential.
