Stowmarket Bootcamp has been running since July 2018 and providing group fitness sessions to a variety of people, who all keep coming back for more. Each session is designed firstly around safe movement practice and skill, which then develops into a full body approach to tax your levels of strength and fitness.
The Bootcamp is available for anyone to attend, with expert coaching, a regression and a progression for every exercise is available along with a variety of equipment to make sure you get the best workout possible. Whether you have never picked up a Dumbbell or you have previous gym experience you will benefit from the type of training and variety of equipment within the Bootcamp
A big part of the Stowmarket Bootcamp is the Team and social aspect. With a private Facebook group (Stowmarket Bootcamp) every member feels they can discuss their goals openly and also support each other along the way. With charity events and a variety of group events throughout the year, you really do become part of #TeamWillisFitness.
